What injustices do people face in the world today? How can I impact change for the future?
Here the seniors, 6th through 8th graders will look at the responsibility we have to society and to each other.
Themes covered in the class include prejudice, stereotypes, the holocaust, civil rights, gay rights and worldwide incidents of inhumanity.
The service learning project activity for this class is the organization of the Uganda Fundraiser Dinner to benefit the Tororo Orphan’s Club in Uganda.
