The Family and Friends Circle is open to all. Led by ethicists, educators, and activists, it is an opportunity to explore together in a family-friendly format the deeper questions of human existence and the unique role each of us can play in creating healthier, more welcoming, more inclusive and healing environments for humans and the rest of nature. Using interactive formats, discussions, role-playing, music, art, science, and social action, we bring forth an ethical life and a rich learning environment for our children. Here, all discover what is goodness, what is reason, what is caring, and how working together we bring these ideals to life. What is your ethical gift? Come and find that answer with us.
ETHICAL EXPLORERS OF ALL AGES WELCOME
What Happens at Our Gatherings? On many days, we begin together to welcome our learning community and explore the theme for the day. There is song, reflection, and group activities consistent with our non-theistic beliefs. Then we break into our learning circles, a group leadership style. Finally, we come together to share what we have learned. On other days, we venture out into the broader community for social action projects or to simply explore the world around us.

Childcare is offered each Sunday morning for the littlest amongst us. Vaccinations are strongly encouraged and masks required for all adults and older children while within our building and closed areas. We believe in science!
Time: Unless otherwise noted, all programs begin at 9:45 am. Depending on the activity and where it is located, most gatherings end at 10:45 am.
Where: Meet at Ethical Culture Society of Bergen building, 687 Larch Ave, Teaneck, NJ 07666.
