Barbara Landberg presented a $2,500 check to Dr. Joseph Chuman for the benefit of the Northern NJ Sanctuary Coalition. The gift was made from the Ethical Culture Society’s Commemorative Fund. Dr. Chuman is the president of the Board of the Sanctuary Coalition. The check was presented on Sunday, Nov. 15 following the Society’s morning Platform program. Barbara Landberg is the chair of the Commemorative Fund.
Ms Landberg also presented a check for $350 to Ron Schwartz for the benefit of the Bergen County Coalition to Prevent Gun Violence. Ron is a member of the Board of the Coalition.
