Sunday’s Platform was a very special one because we celebrated the reconfirmation of wedding vows by our most distant members, Marinka and Peter Haring who live in The Netherlands. Marinka and Peter discovered us soon after moving to Tenafly with their family several years ago during a stint in the U.S. as part of Peter’s job. We are proud to say that after moving back to Holland they retain their membership and still consider us their religious home. They were back in the area visiting and wanted to have a reconfirmation of their vows at the Society during this, their 35th year of marriage.
