For in-person attendance at Society events in the meetinghouse, proof of full vaccination is required. Masks also are required of all participants. If you don’t have a mask, the Society will provide one.
How do I prove vaccination?
To send proof in advance, email a photo of your vaccination card to email@example.com at least one full day in advance with the word “Proof of Vaccination” in the subject line. To ensure that your proof has been received, be sure you receive a confirmation email in reply before attending.
Does the Society do contact-tracing if an attendee turns out to be infected?
You’ll have an opportunity at the door to give us your contact information for that purpose, if you want to. Members, too, for whom we already have contact information, may want to have their name on the event attendee list so we know which people were at which event, should contact-tracing be necessary.
