At platforms, which begin at 11 am, proof of full vaccination is required. A mask, which is also required, will be provided if you do not bring one. At the coffee time following platforms, removing masks is permitted for eating and drinking.
For the Ethical Adventures Family and Friends program, which meets from 9:45 to 10:45 am, vaccinations are strongly encouraged and masks are required for all adults and older children while inside our building.
How do I prove vaccination?
At the door, show your vaccination card, a photo of your card, your New York Excelsior pass, or your New Jersey Docket mobile app.
To send proof in advance, email a photo of your vaccination card to [email protected] at least one full day in advance with the word “Proof of Vaccination” in the subject line. To ensure that your proof has been received, be sure you receive a confirmation email in reply before attending.
Does the Society do contact-tracing if an attendee turns out to be infected?
You’ll have an opportunity at the door to give us your contact information for that purpose, if you want to. Members, too, for whom we already have contact information, may want to have their name on the event attendee list so we know which people were at which event, should contact-tracing be necessary.
