Socrates Café

Socrates Café is a movement to bring philosophy outside the academic setting. Topics are suggested by those present, and one subject is selected by group consensus. In the process, the group is exposed to a wide range of ideas, alternative views, and mental stretching, thereby refining critical thinking abilities.

Socrates Cafe is currently on Zoom. The Zoom link will be in the Weekly Announcements email to members and posted on the members-only Facebook page. In addition, everyone who RSVPs on Meetup will receive a message to their Meetup email address, shortly before the meeting time, containing the Zoom link.
