Platform: What Do Scientists Really Think About Religion?

March 21 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Sociology professors Elaine Howard Ecklund and David R. Johnson, authors of the book “Secularity and Science,” say the idea of conflict between religion and science is an invention of the West. Their report on the largest international study of scientists’ attitudes toward religion shows religion and science co-exist in scientists’ lives, and even atheists see spirituality in their work.

This platform talk will be on Zoom. The Zoom link will be posted on the members-only Facebook page, in the Weekly Announcement email, and can be obtained by emailing
