Dr, Jeffrey Rubin is author of The Art of Flourishing: A Guide to Mindfulness, Self-Care, and Love in a Chaotic World and the creator of meditative psychotherapy, a practice that he developed through insights gained from decades of study, teaching, and helping thousands of people flourish.
